Return Policy

For any purchase made in a pharmacy, please return directly to the point of sale. Returns or exchanges will be handled in accordance with the retailer’s own return policy.

If you placed your order on larosee-cosmetiques.ca, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If your order included a gift or promotional sample, it must also be returned.

Return procedure

  1. Contact our Customer Service by email at contact@larosee-cosmetiques.ca to obtain a return form and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  2. Fill out the form with your name, order number, and the references of the products you wish to return.
  3. Include the completed form in your package.
  4. Return the package to the address indicated on the form, making sure to clearly write your Return Authorization Number (RMA) on the parcel.

Refund terms:

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • This policy only applies to purchases made on our official website, www.larosee-cosmetiques.ca. For in-store purchases, please contact the pharmacy directly.

Lost or undelivered parcels:

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. Before reaching out, we recommend checking around your property, mailbox, building reception (if applicable), or with neighbours. If the parcel is confirmed as lost following an investigation, we will either refund your order or send a replacement.
