We choose our suppliers and manufacturers as close to us as possible to promote short supply chains.
We carefully select the partners we work with. It is essential that they share our values of respect for the environment, ethics and solidarity.
Eco-responsible values
To manufacture our products, we work whenever possible with committed manufacturers.
Some have constructed High Environmental Quality (HQE) buildings using biodegradable or recyclable construction materials, while others use solar thermal panels to heat production water, renewable energy to manufacture our products, or infrared panels for eco-friendly and cost-effective heating.
In Canada, our logistics partner is Delmar, who oversees our entire production chain, centralizes all our products and delivers them to our customers.
Their warehouses are equipped with photovoltaic panels.
Social and human values
Whenever possible, we prioritize companies that employ people with disabilities or those in vocational rehabilitation.
This applies to all activities that require specific work: packing products in boxes, managing our waste, or even delivering orders to pharmacies in the Paris region by cargo bike.
Our high standards also apply to the suppliers who manufacture the accessories for us. We make sure they follow our CSR charter. That’s why we evaluate their level of development on these aspects, and we confirm that the working conditions of their employees respect our requirements.
